There are several ways to format a seminar. Once you figure out the format of what works best for your gym and athletes, you canbegin to consider the days.

1. Hold it on a saturday or sunday (start ~10am) and have a full day seminar broken up into two sessions lasting a total of about 5 hours(10am-1pm and 2pm-4pm). Following the technical portion will be a Q+A Portion where people can ask questions about anything, this will last 1-2 hours (4-6pm) given ample questions are present.

This option covers 5 events:

A. Of choice

B. Of upcoming contest

C.”crossfit series”- most frequent in CF with tech emphasis on speed with lighter weight

D. “Fundamentals” which are the most frequent events in strongman

Pricing is $100/athlete

2. Hold the seminar on a weekday and start at 5-6pm in 1 session lasting approximately 3 hours, with a Q+A session lasting an additional 1 hour (ending between 9-10pm) given ample questions are present.

This option covers 3 events:

A. Of choice

B. Of upcoming contest

C.”crossfit series”- most frequent in CF with tech emphasis on speed with lighter weight

D. “Fundamentals” which are the most frequent events in strongman

Pricing is $75/athlete

To host a seminar, there are a few requirements I typically have for the gym.

I. All equipment necessary for the seminar must be present at the host gym, although if you are missing relatively small pieces of equipment accommodations can be made with enough warning.

II. Seminars must be scheduled at least one month in advance.

III. There are minimum requirements and maximum caps for attendance, these vary depending on location, gym size, and available equipment.

With all of this being said, I look forward to teaching you and your clients safe and effective strongman techniques!
